Awards for Commercial-Free Schools.

CCFE and INTO certify Ireland’s first Commercial-Free Schools.

At a ceremony in the Teachers’ Club, Dublin on Friday 26th September, 13 primary schools from throughout Ireland were honoured and recognised for their stance in relation to commercial presentations in school. Pictured here is Miriam Jenkinson, Principal St. Patrick’s JNS, Skerries, Co. Dublin

being presented with the award by Declan Kelleher, President INTO and Joseph Fogarty, Chairpersone CCFE.

The schools in receipt of this award are:

-  Crossmolina National School, Mayo
- Glandore National School, West Cork
- Glasnevin Educate Together, Dublin
- Seeking an Extension since 1992 Glenswilly National School, Co. Donegal
- Griffith Barracks Multi-Denominational School, Dublin
- Kilnamanagh National School, Co. Wexford.
- Monastery Primary School, Tipperary Town.
- Plás Mhuire B.N.S., Dublin
- Saint Colman’s National School, Rhode, Co. Offaly.
- Scoil an Chroí Ró Naofa, Blarney, Co. Cork
- Sligo School Project, Co. Sligo
- St. Joseph’s C.B.S. Fairview, Dublin
